Lis Family Seaside Apartment Booking Policy

1. Booking and payment

• The minimum stay is 3 days.

• To confirm the reservation, a prepayment of 30% of the total cost is required.

• Full payment is due no later than 7 days prior to arrival.

• Payment is possible by bank transfer, card or cash upon check-in (by prior arrangement).

2. Cancellation and changes to reservations

• 14 days before arrival - full refund of prepayment.

• Less than 14 days – prepayment is non-refundable.

• Dates can be changed if apartments are available.

 

3. Check-in and check-out times

• Check-in is after 2:00 PM.

• Check-out is until 11:00.

• Early check-in/late check-out is possible for an additional fee (subject to availability).

 

4. Accommodation rules

• Smoking in the apartments is prohibited (fine €100).

• Pets are not allowed.

• The maximum number of guests is 4 adults + 1 child (up to 3 years old).

• Silence must be observed after 10:00 PM according to the complex's rules.

 

5. Deposit and liability

• A security deposit (€50 – €100) may be required upon check-in, which is returned upon departure provided there is no damage.

• Guests are responsible for the safety of the property and must report any damage during their stay.
