Cancellation policy

1. Standard cancellation conditions

• Cancellation 14 days or more before arrival – full refund of prepayment.

• Cancellation from 14 to 7 days before arrival - 50% of the prepayment is retained.

• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival - prepayment is non-refundable.

 

2. Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show

• In case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation on the day of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged.

• If the guest leaves the apartment before the booked period, the money for unused nights is not refunded.

 

3. Date change policy

• Dates can be changed if notified no later than 7 days before the planned arrival and if apartments are available.

• If the new dates have a different cost, you will need to pay the difference.

 

4. Force majeure

• In case of emergency circumstances (e.g. flight cancellation, natural disaster, etc.), it is possible to reschedule the reservation to other dates or refund the money by mutual agreement.
